1. Online Store

1.1. These regulations define the rules of using the online store located on the website available at www.mustangclinic.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") by the consumer, within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter also the "Customer").

1.2. The store is run by the company: Mustangclinic Adam Gertig, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the NIP number: 779-159-22-06 - hereinafter jointly as the "Seller"

1.3. The address of the Seller's enterprise is: Widok 1, 62-070 Dąbrówka.

1.5. The store enables customers to place orders for products remotely and is intended for companies and natural persons with full legal capacity. In order to fully use the functionality of the Store and make purchases, it is necessary to register in the Store and accept the rules of using the Store specified in these Regulations. It is forbidden for the Customer to introduce illegal content to the Store. The customer may at any time resign from using the store by submitting a declaration to the seller.

1.6. In order to use the Store properly, the Customer should have computer hardware and software that meets the following minimum requirements: Internet Explorer browser version at least 6.0 or Firefox version at least 30, monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024x768, enabled Cookies and Java Script and an active address e-mail.

1.7. The store saves cookie files (cookies) on the customer's computer, used to store information in them for the purposes of functionality. Details are described in the Cookies Policy
2. Placing an order

2.1. The products sold are new and free from defects.

2.2. Product properties and their prices are each time indicated in the product information available in the Store.

2.3. Customer orders are accepted through the Store. After placing the order, a confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

2.4. Placing an order through the Store is possible for registered customers of the Store and for unregistered customers after completing the electronic form. The ordering process ends with the customer's express acceptance of all parameters and conditions of the order.

2.5. The customer can choose the following payment methods for the ordered products:
a) bank transfer to the Seller's bank account number 98 2490 0005 0000 4530 9445 5851 - prepayment
b) on-line payment via the system
c) cash on delivery: the delivery is collected

2.6. When placing an order, the Customer selects the method of delivery or collection of the product from among the options available at the time of ordering, which differ in costs and the estimated time of the shipment.

2.7. The availability of individual methods depends on the size, weight and value of products ordered under one order. Orders with a value exceeding PLN 1,200 and weighing less than 30 kg are delivered free of charge by courier. Orders over PLN 12,000 and a large size are delivered with our own transport.

2.8. A fiscal receipt is issued and attached to each order. At the Customer's express request, a VAT invoice is issued.
3. Order fulfillment

3.1. The execution of the order begins immediately after the funds are credited or the payment on delivery is selected.

3.2. The standard order fulfillment time from the commencement of the order to the delivery of the shipment to the carrier is 1 business day. In the case of orders placed on weekends and non-working days, it may be 2 working days.

3.3. The total time from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier until the carrier tries to deliver it depends on the method of delivery chosen by the Customer.

3.4. In the event of unavailability of the products covered by the order, the Customer is informed about the status of the order and decides on the method of its further implementation.

3.5. If the option of personal collection is selected, the Store staff contacts the Customer informing about the possibility of collection.
4. The right to withdraw from a distance contract

4.1. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the purchased item by the Customer or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller
